Business Plan? Do you really have one? Odds are 83.7% that you don't.. (that's a number I just made up.. probably about right though)

What did you use as a starting point for your business plan? - I'm as guilty as the next guy of not doing one at all, because it just makes me sick, and I know what's best anyway (also have lots of failed businesses in my past!).. Now that I know about the Business Model Canvas, though - I promise that it's the least I will do going into thinking about a new business. Here's an explanation & templates: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGycwxso09E

If you said you did a business plan, you're probably lying...

Anybody use the Business Model Canvas for business planning? I'd love to point you at an informational video and some templates, but rules say I can't. I will say, though, it's a powerful tool for business planning. What do you use?

Comments on quality

Since appsumo made the effort to include Sendapp on an add targeting me, some observations:

-positively glowing ai summary despite 1/8 comments being positive

-hasn't answered questions that are months old

-actively being sold and featured in ads, despite various reviews of causing users' accounts being banned.

It's giving severe mistrust signals.

I've bought a lot of great apps on appsumo.. I'm surprised the platform would risk its reputation with apps like this when there are good apps on the platform.
