Trying to decide between two builds for mainly gaming and some general use. Budget only lets me pick one of these combinations:

Option 1 (AM4):

• Ryzen 5 5600
• RX 9060 XT 16GB

Option 2 (AM5):

• Ryzen 5 7500F
• RX 9060 XT 8GB

I mostly play Esports games as well as some modern AAA games at 1080p and want the build to last a few years. Not sure if more vram or better futureproofing is a better idea

Hi, I am currently building my first pc and am facing a dilemma. 14400f with 9060xt 16gb or 14600kf with 9060xt 8gb.Before you tell me to go Am5, I already had 32 gb ddr4 ram beforehand.

Hi, I’m currently having trouble deciding which CPU on LGA1700 platform to pair with rx9060xt. Currently I’m looking at 14400f for $250 AUD or 12600k for $280 AUD . Any input would be appreciated

Hey, just looking for some advice since I’m not 100% sure what the best option is here.

Current build:

• i5-12400F
• 16GB DDR4

I play mostly 1080p but might move to 1440p soon, so I want something that’ll last a bit.

These are the options I’m looking at right now:

Prices in AUD

New:

• RTX 5060 $450
• RX 9060 XT $499

Used:

• RX 6750 XT $320
• RX 6800 $400
• RTX 3070 $335
• RTX 3080 $450

I understand that 3080 is the most powerful out of these options but I am looking for the best bang for buck as money is tight.
