I was adopted as an infant and had a wonderful childhood—now I feel guilty that I don't relate to other adoptees' trauma

I'm 37 and was adopted at 5 days old. I never knew this was considered an issue. I grew up thinking I had a normal childhood and parents who advocated and loved me more often than my friends and peers parents did for them. To this day my parents are my best friends and I don't have any grief or anger about being adopted. If I asked about it when I was a kid I was told that my birth mom loved me so much she let me be the main part of my family I have. I never resented anyone or anything. I met my birth family when I was 30 and both my adopted and birth families get along and have even spent holidays together. After doing some reading and research and hearing other adult adoptees speak about being adopted I feel guilty that I don't connect with any of that. I feel like my childhood and my relationship with my parents is normal. It's only now when I'm hearing other stories that I realize I shouldn't be so open to how my experience was because I may be offending people. How should I navigate telling people I'm adopted in the future?
