I’m prescribed generic Adderall 15mg IR twice a day. I don’t vape anymore but I crave nicotine when I’m medicated. I find myself unable to feel my meds after I smoke a cigarette whether it’s while I’m medicated or I just took it and waiting for it to kick in. I feel nothing except for a dull feeling in my head and I wanted to know if anyone has dealt with this. Any advice helps
