So the fiscal month is closing this Saturday and my store is down on the surveys. We are pushing for the surveys but it’s a hit or miss with the customers, it’s not guaranteed that they’ll give us all 10s.
As a newly promoted SM I’m really stressed about it. Has anyone gotten fired because of NPS?
Just got promoted to SM couple months ago and had inventory for my store and we missed close to $85k in shrink. Since the April digest is out, my financial has taken a significant hit and my store’s classification is “triage”. Am in trouble? Will I be getting write up? I’m already trying to get the store turned around and it’s working but missing the shrink has messed everything up.
SM here. Don’t you hate the surveys and the way how they are weighed. We barely managed to hit our goal for the surveys and then the customer gave us a red face, because the self checkout froze and her coupons weren’t working, even though we printed her the coupons.
Corporate needs to fix this!
SM here. Any word on the needoh from the DC? Is anyone getting them? I’ve been trying to special order them for weeks and haven’t had any luck.
