Why is 36 mg making me bounce off the walls and 27mg wasn't quite enough?

I don’t really know how to describe it other than kind of cloudy and speedy feeling. Is that normal? I’ve always been told that people with ADHD don’t get the speedy feeling when they’re taking ADHD meds.
