First of all is giving phase 2 worth it if you have already got cse(desired) in phase 1

Phase 1 was actually a bit difficult has it been like this for a time? can phase 2 be more difficult?

I got the consent form for phase 2 and i wanted to clarify on a doubt that if i gave phase 2 and i got lower percentile than the phase 1 what will happen will the best of two be considered and if in phase 2 i get more better percentile will the 2nd one be considered and also one more thing i got cse in phase 1 will this be forfeited if i gave phase 2
