Hi,

I have recently gotten onto the OT/supply list for the TDSB, on the conditional basis that I have a satisfactory vulnerable sector screening and my OCT cert.

To prevent me for waiting weeks on end for a vulnerable sector screening, can I just apply for one now? Or do I have to wait for a special code or instructions provided by the TDSB to make sure I have a vulnerable screening test that suits them/is specific to them?

I do have one from August 2025, but it is solely for working in a certain childcare centre.

Do you have to get an individual vulnerable sector check for each new job/new school?
