9 hours in and finished workshop, unlocked nearly every geared item, is there anything worth grinding for now apart from core filters?

How do I stop him from entering pursuit mode? I don't have any premium perks and his fire shitstorm one shots me

Are mods purchased for a specific mech locked to that mech only, can't I unequip a mod and re equip into a different mod without needing to purchase it again?
