POV of an NPC

I seen videos where they’re in an npc view and you can see what John or Arthur look like to an npc, but I can’t figure out how to do it with the Rampage Trainer. How do I do it?

Do these fit too big?

I had to shrink these in the dryer for 30 minutes idk if they need to be shrunken more.
