I am going through FHA for buying a house. Has anyone had experience with the New Jersey grant program?

I paid my car off last year and I didn’t know that I needed two trade lines of credit to get the grant program, but I was wondering if student loans and me making on time payments for the last two years would be considered as a trade line of credit I do have a credit card so that is one but I do not have a second one but I asked chat gpt and it said yes but I didn’t know if anyone else had experience before I start sounding ridiculous when I speak to a lender

Advice please About to start 5mg of lexapro what side effects should I expect the first few days? And is it worth it I’m scared to take it

I have generalized depression but it’s not crazy but I have a lot of anxiety where I’m constantly thinking what’s the next worst thing that can happen to me or I start to get a panic attack when I’m overwhelmed but it only happens once a month or depending on what’s going on in my life I also can’t concentrate ever especially with school work my mind goes a mile a minute and I can’t shut it off which effects my school work cause I’ll be thinking of 100 other things and not school work I’m about to start nursing school I’m also a mom of two kids under 4 and I hate that I get short tempered with my kids I’m just worried that it will make me a zombie but I’m tired of feeling this way I’m tired of not being able to concentrate ever I hate myself for being overwhelmed with anxiety it turns into rage and I don’t want my kids to see this side of me I’m just trying to see success stories and I just am so scared I’m going to be a soulless person I want to be able to be happy and not have to constantly be in fight or flight

I take my TEAS test on the 26th I need help on what and how to study please !

I only need a 59% to pass but I really am a bad test taker and I struggle with math and A&P. I only get three attempts or I have to wait two years to retake it to get into the nursing program and I’m so scared.
