I’ve recently started working here mainly as cashier but I still don’t know how to properly use the phones at the registers. Like I know how to call for stockman and csm over the intercom and I know the codes, but let’s say someone needs a cricket product, how do you call the right department? I also hear them say “crafts dial 17” but what does that mean?
