I ordered a ride for my wife. The app showed $12. I then went to the Bilt app to get my $10. It applied. Lyft app crashes. It shows $16 but with a $10 Bilt credit. I accept.

Then I charged me all $16. Bit of a rug pull and increase in price.

I pinged Lyft to ask what gives. They point to some terms and conditions about rides for other people not connecting. I’ve looked at both Lyft and Bilt’s websites and found nothing.

Just a bad way to do business.
