FA or ruined skin barrier?

I feel like I’ve tried everything to clear this up! I get success for a few days and then back to itchy red bumps - they aren’t normal like pimples and are almost more like hives. Anyone face something similar and what the hell actually helped?! TIA!

Rosacea and POD

Just when I have one thing figured out (perioral dermatitis) everything I use for that causes a type 2 rosacea flare. I’m literally at my wit’s end trying all kinds of different products and nothing working for both. Am I doomed to have to deal with one or the other forever?! If anyone has any hopeful stories with both, I’d love to hear them and what helped.
