Is anyone getting this error message with a 232 entry? I'm getting it for a tariff code combination that worked fine last week. Has something changed?

Is anyone getting this error for a 232 entry? If so, is it an issue with the tariff codes or something else? The combination of 9903.03.06 / 9903.82.10 worked last week, but not today.
