Does anyone else’s brain randomly bring up embarrassing memories right before sleep 😭
like i’ll be completely fine all day and then the second my head hits the pillow my brain suddenly decides to replay some awkward interaction from 4 years ago in full detail for absolutely no reason, why does this happen
