excruciating stomach pains in recovery? please help
after a relapse, I’ve been trying to recover, but the stomach pains are just so bad. I get these stabbing pains in my upper stomach and so much gas pain. like I can’t breathe until I burp. It’s so horrible, sometimes I’m just in my bed writhing in pain. It makes eating soooo painful. I have gastroperosis induced by anorexia/being underweight but I'm not sure what to do now. I’ve been to the ER 3 times because of the pain. they’ve done lots of scans and there’s nothing bad except for my gastroperosis. is the only way to make the pain work to eat? to push through the pain? while the doctors have given me several over-the-counter things to “help,” they haven’t made a huge difference. I guess I just need some confirmation. I’m not hurting myself by eating right? even though it can be so painful? is the only way to get out of this to eat? please help, I’m so lost 🙏
