Got kinda confused between all the new buffs and Sandrone's kit. Will Cyno be able to get Stellar Superconduct himselft or does he need Sandrone/Future 7.X characters to get access to it ?

My current Anaxa team is Anaxa E1S1, Sunday, E0S1 Cerydra and DHPT. Its doing great but i would want to continue investing in it because Anaxa is my favorite and I want to keep him good for a long time. What should be my priority to improve this team ?
