Can traffic police arrest me to get me medically checked
What would happen if they find me positive for cannabis
Can they lock me up even though I didnt possess anything
Today i got pulled over and i had nothing with me
He said he has suspicions and said will take me to get a medical report and if found positive will lock me up

Can they actually file a case if im positive even though i dont have anything with me?
