That may be a dumb question given I personally put this bike together a year ago but I’m puzzled. How to unscrew it?

I have the right screwdriver and the bolt is moving a bit both directions but I can’t unscrew it any further. I move it a millimeter without any resistance and then hit “a wall”. Is it possible that the bolt got so seized up in just one year? I’m a woman so I’m probably not super strong, but still, it feels crazy hard.

I’m curious what your experience is! If it’s common to get a pay cut while moving to the industry

I’ve been trying to get a Director position at a SP500. I really wanted the job because it’s fully remote and likely less stressful than mine. I made it through 4 rounds of interviews and got an email from hiring manager that they are down to two people (me and someone else), and they decided to hire us both as we’re both a good fit for the role. But there was a caveat that they don’t have an approved second position yet and still working on it. A couple of days later, an HR called me saying that the director position was offered to the other person and they got an approval for the second position but it’s a Senior Manager with 172k salary (Director was 200k). I said no since that would be a lateral move with a pay cut for me (I’m at 203k). I said that my minimum is 195k. Later than day, the hiring manager reached out to schedule a call with me. It’s happening later today. What do you guys think about it? How should I approach this as my goal is for them to open a director position for me with 195k salary.

Does it make sense to switch to 9070xt? I want to play in 4K, and 9060xt is lagging a bit. Would I feel siginificant difference if I switched to 9070xt? What’s the strongest GPU I can reasonably pair with this set up?
