SC is a fucking mess. Why are you making it so difficult on us? All we want to do is do our job well. But you make it near impossible to do so. You hardly replace attorneys/LAs who leave. You do so much file reassigning that you are making everyone fucking crazy, especially LAs, they don't know which way is up or down because of it. And your legal supervisors want to act like drill sergeants and ding LAs on every little thing, even though they are trying their best to keep up with all the craziness. Some of these LAs are dealing with 2-3 attorneys at a time, in different states. And yes, they do have too many files to deal with. No wonder NO ONE wants to stay. SC is truly a dumpster fire on a shit show.
