In most games I queue on this character, I will see The Thing on the enemy team or they will switch to him if losing.

I think this is one of Angela’s worst matchups along with Dino. They pretty much directly counter Angela being immovable and make getting to their squishies harder. They are rocks and Angela is scissors.

There are many others that have good matchups against her too. Other than pushing Mag or Strange out of position or off a ledge, she isn’t really incentivized to fight other tanks. Hulk and Thor collide with her and Thor will win the 1v1. Emma will hunt Angela for the choke slam. Groot wall…

Bucky, Mr. Fantastic, Sue, Iron fist are all good against her. Elsa trap is the most annoying, worst designed move in the game imo, and you have to adapt to it if facing her.

Do yall agree/disagree with these takes? Do you have suggestions of winning these matchups?! I don’t want to switch lol. Do you just go for picks on Angela’s winning matchups? If there is a Thing on the other team I just try to be annoying and play like a mosquito, staying out of his range. Optimally I feel like I should just switch to Hood or Tankpool, and always Ban Thing in Comp.

P. S. I’ve lorded both Mag and Thing but they are legit the most boring tanks possible to be the meta right now. Thing is stupid easy and does stupid damage. Honestly I’ll save that discussion for the rants subreddit.

At least the whole weekend. Cryo closing at noon on Sunday is ridiculous. Why is the end game content so time-gated? Keeping it open Thursday is so pointless compared to Sunday. Do they know that most people have work/ school on Thursday and Friday? I WANT TO RUN CRYO MORE. I Don’t get a good opportunity if I’m busy Saturday. I don’t want to wait to play the game, maybe they should throw people a bone and try to retain some players?

EDIT: The comments make a good point about splitting the remaining end game player base with ranked. I get it, I still would like ranked to just be permanent and longer hours for Cryo. It sucks that we must consider the smaller player base for map offerings.

P.S. I love this game and pray it endures
