Long time lurker...
So I remember reading a few pages at the back of another book as a teaser and really thinking it sounded great. I like to think I saved the book... somewhere... in some list.... yet I cannot for the life of me remember the title. So please bear with me and my vague recollection...
Her uncle/family member threw her down a hole into this underground world. She is royalty or upperclass. She is found by a group of rebels (?) And taken with them. They were out looking for food or maybe to break into a place but have to stop because of her. They take her to the village, the leader of the gang is seems like he is the MMC.
His mom is like a fortune teller and I think she was blind?
The camp follows some lights around as its the only way to grow food, and food is very scarce. I feel like it was mentioned the purpose of females is to have babies but maybe thats a different book and my memory is mixed.
Its vague, I realize but I stayed up really late last night obsessed with finding this book yet... here I am lol.
