Asking for advice here, where people actually like wasps…

Walking around my house today I noticed these guys found a spot where my mortar fell out. Obviously they cannot live here, it’s next to my front door and where my neighbor has their grandchildren out all the time. I thought about using some diatomaceous earth (I’ve never used it before) but it won’t hurt them, will it? Does anyone have experience using that to encourage a colony to live somewhere else? I really appreciate any advice on how to help these guys find a safer place to live! TIA! 🐝🖤

Can someone please help me ID this bird?

I found this little guy next to my flower bed. I thought it looked very ethereal the way it’s positioned. I know it’s probably protected under the MBTA. Buuut, if you found something in a similar condition what would you do with it? 🖤

ID on this pretty spood! 🕷️

I’m pretty good with IDing but this one I’m not so sure! Such a pretty pattern on the abdomen. It was a little smaller than a dime (with legs). I’m in NW Pennsylvania.

Are these wasp cocoons? I found them on my deck.

The ants were after them so I figured it was some sort of creature. Should I put them somewhere to hatch? Are they hatched already? Thanks everyone!
