xteink 3 (or 4 pro) vs Obook5; specifically, font size and spacing

I tried the Obook5 first, mainly because I thought the lighting for the screen would be worthwhile. Problem for me is that the font size at its smallest setting still feels like not enough text for each screen. It only will give me 22 lines of text per screen/page, with only an average of 5 or 6 words per line.

Can either the xteink 3 or 4pro fit more text than that on each screen? (I'm assuming that I would run it using FlashPoint.)

Thanks!

Confusing advice from ortho MD regarding lifting with shoulder trouble

I've had chronic pain in my left shoulder and recently went to a highly-respected ortho who specializes in shoulders. After x-rays and MRI, he says there's no rotatator cuff tear, but I have arthritis and cartilage loss in that shoulder. (I'm 63 and have been working out since I was 17.)

When I asked about resuming working out, he gave advice I don't understand. I told him I do chest work with dumbbells and that I avoid internal rotation. He said I should switch to barbell bench work. I was surprised, but he said that allows me to compensate with my good shoulder if needed. Then I said, "And pushups are fine, I figure." He said that pushups are actually bad for the shoulders, as our shoulder structure is not built for weight-bearing, which is why we're bipedal.

Pushups and benching use the same motion. And I feel that pushups offer more control and are less dangerous if a shoulder is fatigued and/or gives out. (Falling to the floor is less dangerous than the bar dropping on your chest. I work out alone in my home gym)

Does his advice make sense to any of you? (It doesn't to me.)

Router collet problem

I have a skil router that I haven't used in a while. I went to put in one of the bits I've used many times before (1/4 inch, I believe) and after tightening the collet, the bit shaft was not at all tight. Entirely loose, in fact.

I had the collet lock properly depressed (I felt it catch) and I turned the collet nut completely in a clockwise (from below) direction. The bit shaft was so loose, it would have fallen out if I righted the router. I checked and the collet nut was turned entirely to the right as far as it would go.

Though I don't have the open-ended wrench that came with the router, I used an adjustable wrench to make sure the collet nut was turned completely.

I only have one set of router bits and the one router, so I know the bits are compatible with the collet size.

It's a mystery to me. Any ideas? Thanks.

Reminder that phone is on Do Not Disturb?

My elderly mother lives far from me in an assisted living facility. When they have lectures or events, she switches. her phone ringer off. Problem is, she often forgets to switch it back on. I sometimes try calling for days before she happens to put the ringer back on. (And today, I can't reach her for a Mother's Day call!)

Is there something I can set on her phone to remind her to turn the ringer back on at some point (like, say, three hours later) after she's turned it off? Either something audible or something maybe flashing on the screen? Thanks.
