I need help for ultra nightmare (X)

I am playing on Finality (you can suggest any map for me), is there a way of beating it without relic? Wave 1-20 is (almost) not a problem to me. Other waves are fine. But wave 42 is a roadblock because apex predators can kill your spawners even with baiting. Hunters can overwhelm XWM turrets too. Tried msny strategies but there’s still no avail.

Which is better gameplay wise, Legacy(Release, Endless update, etc) or Modern(E(X)pert work, etc)

Share your thoughts

For me, it's Modern TDX because it has more in-depth gameplay where it requires you to be more aware of tower death, constant microing. Legacy however only shows tower death in some waves (even there's zero healing towers on release, I can easily beat expert and elite even without railgunner or other towers). However, the only points that Legacy takes the cake in some aspects are annoying wave structures and powercreep being non existent

Questions you would ask:

  1. Why is top path combat drone as high as bottom path: It is the most fun tower I had than any other TD game. However, it won't be viable for later nightmare waves

  2. Why have bottom path medic as high as S tier: DAMAGE

  3. What makes Top path heli lower than bottom path: Top path is too vulnerable yet expensive compared to bottom

4.What makes Noob Tuber A tier?: He is able to do early game expert very well, better than even G mob

  1. How the heck is stinger on B?: He is good for anti air for beginners for elite and expert (he is more fun to use but more inconsistent than AA turret but at least more consistent than Top path missile trooper by spamming lvl4s)

  2. Is commander that bad?: Yes, he is just the worse EDJ (Provides less dps, doesn't buff refractors, having the most useless abilities

  3. Warship is trash?: Almost, you almost don't need warship since top path War Machine outclasses it by Dps and usability and you can only use it on oil rig and gun facility, there are other good options like refractor

  4. You're a larper? MLRS is balanced: It's almost fucking unusable. Used to be SS+

  5. Is farm good?: Yes, good for co-op gameplay and nightmare mode for additional base HP.
