Tips to regulate my nervous systems

I’m at a point where I finally understand how LOA works, I get that is easy, that I am the one that creates my reality, I understand that the only thing that I have to do is trust that something is already mine, but is like my body is not catching up.
Sometimes out of nowhere I get this overwhelming wave of stress and even though I try really hard to calm myself down, I struggle with it, is like my body doesn’t care what my mind says.
This is making me feel really stuck and I would appreciate a lot if you guys tell me how you usually deal with this.

Hey! Recently I found a subliminal that I wanted to used because its benefits, but when I read the affirmations, it was like 2 pages of really long and detail affirmations.
My question is, is this really effective?
My understanding is that what creates a belief in your brain is constant repetition, but when there’s a lot of affirmations, I feel like the amount of times it can be repeated diminishes.
What do you tend to find most effective?
