Tips to regulate my nervous systems
I’m at a point where I finally understand how LOA works, I get that is easy, that I am the one that creates my reality, I understand that the only thing that I have to do is trust that something is already mine, but is like my body is not catching up.
Sometimes out of nowhere I get this overwhelming wave of stress and even though I try really hard to calm myself down, I struggle with it, is like my body doesn’t care what my mind says.
This is making me feel really stuck and I would appreciate a lot if you guys tell me how you usually deal with this.
