I know we are seeing a record-breaking summer.

I have also noticed more people around me, including myself, are getting affected by heat waves.

I remember the days we used to play outside in summer vacations, but now even staying outside for a little longer gets you in some ways....I got a headache two days back, felt like a hangover. Found out it was due to the heat. Many people I talk to have also been affected; some got loose motion, some have felt light-headed, etc.
