I have a question
My father worked in railways for a decade now he started back in 1980's and has been in chattisgarh since then I have been born here and stayed here and studied here and working here.
Love the people here,
I just want to understand why on earth chattisgarhi people are celebrating "Bihar diwas".

Wholesome city moment!
So bhagat singh chowk traffic signal is off (at 21.30 PM) and yet people displayed amazing civic sense and camaraderie. There was an unsaid coordination among drivers from all 4 sides. Every side stopped and waited till the rest 3 sides passed one by one.
