Does Patna youth even socialize anymore?

Every weekend feels the same.

Same cafés. Same people. Same boring scenes.

No real social culture.

No vibe. No experiences. No place to actually meet new people.

Patna has the crowd.

Patna has the energy.

It just needs a scene.
