Portable/Small Computer

I am debating on getting a Small Form Factor PC (SFFPC), Mini-PC, or a laptop. I do not really want a full sized pc though. While it is not going to be super common, I will need to be able to move my pc pretty easily (hence not wanting a full sized pc). I do not really think I need a laptop, though, because it is not like I will be moving around with it constantly.

I am hoping to keep my budget within the $500-$750 range, but the absolute limit is $1,000. I do plan on playing games on it (though I am willing to cut some corners where needed), and running some virtual machines. Like Ideally, I would love for it to be able to play Skyrim VR, but I realize that may be unrealistic for my budget. As long as I can play games like Hi-Fi Rush, BG3, etc. I should be fine. Do not worry about peripherals. This is for USA.

Otherwise, I am currently using an old laptop with a single stick of DDR4 16 GB RAM (the laptop kind of RAM). I am not willing to decrease the amount of RAM I have (would love to increase it, but understand that RAM prices are high). I have no idea on if DDR5 is worth it compared to 4, so whatever you all think is best.

4 year old expired zyrtec medicine to tie me over for a day or 2?

So I have this really weird like rash/hives thing that mainly appears in really humid heat caused by my body just not sweating properly. I was reccomended to use zyrtec by a dermatologist, which did make it go away. It still pops up every few years and needs me to take some for a day or 2 before it is gone for years. It though, went away for about 5 years this time, so my Zyrtec is 4 years expired. I just never thought about getting more...

I plan to get more tomorrow. Is it safe to take some today to tie me over? From what I can tell, the main issue of expired medicine is that it will lose potency, but I just got worried with it being 4 years rather than like 6 months.

Is there any website you can rate songs and get recommendations based on it? If not, then how do you all find the songs you enjoy?

I have been hoping to find a website where I could like rate songs I like and then get recommendations of songs based on which ones I rate highly.

I get there are a few websites to like-rate songs in general and see what people think about songs, but unless I am missing something, they don't have recommendations based on what you rate songs. I do get that there is like Spotify that gives recommendations based on what you listen to, but it really is annoying since it basically forces you to only listen on Spotify if you want to get any recommendations.

if I find any results on another post, then I will share them here as well.

If you don't know of any site for this, then feel free to share any site or method you use to find music you like. Currently, I mainly use Spotify recommendations and just hope I find something good. It really has not been effective for me (often requiring me to go through a large number of songs in hopes of finding one I like).
