Our power is out in Ocean View. Anyone else?

My text messages have stopped showing up on my band. I checked my settings and restarted my phone. What else can I do?

We're driving on Rt. 1, north of Dover and were passed by police escort. 4 motorcycles, black SUV, hearse, black SUV, 4 motorcycles.

Any idea as to who?
