Im wondering if I should try to apply for PSLF or not so went to college back in 2012 never graduated unfortunately but I was on the SAVE plan for yearssss and I was in the army reserve for 7 and keep getting emails from Savi stating that I qualify for PSLF but I was informed that those years wouldn’t count because it wasn’t a full time employer thing but now I found out that the $0 does count as qualifying payments so now I’m wondering if I should just apply and see what the outcome would be or would it be a waste of time?

Soooo before my husband and I got together he got a dui( extreme) & handled it poorly to be honest. He had a public defender but not sure what the outcome of it was because failure to appear, so now years later we’re trying to resolve it because he didn’t even know he had a warrant for it, his license is reinstated already & he did the DUI screening, so we filed a motion first to see if the warrant can be squashed but now he has a Pre trial conference, I know fighting dui cases are hard in AZ but since it was 9 yrs ago im wondering if the statue of limitations apply to this, has anyone been in this situation what was your outcome?
