I am looking for any advice, guidance, etc. I have had 3 first trimester losses and have 2 living children. We just found out at 17w3d that our baby boys has no heartbeat. We are scheduled to deliver in a couple days. I have no idea what that looks like. Looking for any guidance, advice, etc.
