Does it need more shade?

Do I need to put it in shade?

After a couple days it seems to be getting worse. Only have 2 Molly fish and only one has this. Now the white spots seem fuzzy. Anything by I can do? Is he sick? Will he get other fish sick?

I recently bought these two blueberry varieties plants from local nursery. They said their soil is already acidic and perfect conditions for plant and don’t need anything else. My Duke variety leaves are a dark green (pictures attached for reference).

Any idea how to fix reddish leaves and get dark green leaves?

And how do I bring it back to life and good health? I had it by a window but there’s not a lot of light coming through. I bought this plant in February this year and have kept it in the same pot I bought it in and haven’t added any soil. I love this plant but clearly I’m missing something. Thank you for your advice and guidance.
