Hi everyone, I just got my breast ultrasound results back and I am feeling very anxious. I had breast implants put in back in 2023. Can you please help me read this? Do I need to worry about the small lymph node mentioned in my left breast? Thank you!

Medical History: Status post bilateral breast augmentation in 2023.
Findings:
Skin and subcutaneous tissue: Not thickened, mammary glands are prominent.
Surgical scars (from augmentation): Bilaterally intact.
Implants: Bilateral breast implants show smooth, sharp contours; no signs of rupture/compromised integrity. Homogeneous internal content, no free fluid surrounding the implants.
Left Breast: Right behind the areola (retroareolar), at the upper outer quadrant (HLQ) boundary, there is a small, oval lymph node (LU) measuring 3.4 x 1.8 mm, non-suspicious in appearance (benign features).
Glandular tissue: Otherwise physiological fibroglandular ultrasound appearance of the breast tissue, fertile type, with appropriate echostructure. No suspicious solid focal lesions or cystic changes are visualized.
Ducts: Bilaterally normal, non-dilated.
Axillae (Armpits): Bilaterally free, no pathological lymphadenopathy (LAP), normal findings.
IMPRESSION / CONCLUSION:
BI-RADS 2: Ultrasound appearance with no direct signs of malignancy (completely benign findings).
Recommendation: Routine regular ultrasound follow-ups, self-exams. In case of any new palpable findings, an earlier ultrasound date is advised.
