Made 2 big errors at work. What is wrong with me?
I sent one document in for review & the numbers were correct but the dates of the term were wrong. The reviewer didnt advise me to change the dates. So i sent it to client. Reviewer then comes back & tells me I need to change the dates because it effects the pricing. So i have to send a revision. 2nd was i just found out I sent a document missing items on it to a customer. Reviewers didnt catch it & now i have to tell my reviewers i missed three devices and to re-review. To make matters worse customer already saw the first document with the missing items. Ugh! I feel stupid & embarrassed. Everyone says learn from your mistakes but they keep piling up. I do my best to check my work & send them in for review but things still happen. What can i do?
