Starting to get upset.
A little background. I preordered my creator 5 pro and paid in full on April 20th at 12:03 AM.
My order number starts with 82.
I live in The U.S.
I did not pay for air shipping as I figured I could wait a month.
I emailed customer service on 5/31 to ask about an expected delivery date. The reply was that it would be delivered by the end of June.
I replied to the email yesterday 7/2 because I still had not even received a notification that it has shipped. Here is the response:

The latest estimated shipping time for your order is around the end of July.
Based on the current shipping schedule, you should expect to receive your package in August.
