Thought of getting it done through Razorpay Rise, but after reading the reviews, I honestly wouldn't even think of it.

Guys I am planning to do clinical research. I need to calculate sample size for that
So the primary objective of my research is to find association between a hematological marker(let's name it as X) and four groups(for ex, Stage I, II, III, IV).
And secondary objective is to find diagnostic performance of the markers. My power is around 80% with CI of 95% and precision of 10%.
Group membersip is mutually exclusive (By far, my understanding of mutually exclusive is like "A person can't be a member of two groups, I might be wrong)
Marker is a numeric variable
There are two markers which will be used for calculation for diagnostic performance

So what sample size calculation method would be appropriate for my study? Mine is a retrospective cross sectional analysis study
What would be the sample size, if you could calculate
