Trying to prep for baby #3

I’m 35 weeks pregnant with my third baby and had pretty severe ppd/ppa with my first and second. The second was more intense- the only thing that truly seemed to help was time and once my baby was more independent with sleeping and not needing to be held constantly. I also took medication (Zoloft and zurzuvae), spoke weekly with a therapist, joined support groups, and was fortunate enough to be able to hire additional childcare.

This time, I know I have all of the above tools at my disposal but also wondering if there is anyone here who has previously had issues with postpartum mental health and was able to avoid it the next time they had a baby. If so, please share any tips, tools, resources, etc.

I tell myself pre birth that it’s such a short time and I know I’ll come out of it eventually but ideally would like to enjoy the newborn phase this time around and not feel so terrible for 4-5 months postpartum.
