I am honestly just curious what’s gonna happen
There was another MOD in the building, but they walked off the job about 45 minutes before they were suppose to leave. Just completely disappeared. They told another manager they were coming to help me in the deli, and just didn’t.
It kinda completely fucked us over because I was like 8 back in the deli, our overnights are already heavily understaffed and I was calling for help.
No help came. Eventually the other MOD showed up and asked me where they were and I said I had not a clue.
He was very pissed and told my AGM, who asked me what happened and I told him basically what I wrote
Should I be worried about backlash? That’s honestly my main concern. My store is such a cesspool of drama that I try to stay out of, and honestly I think it might time for me to just put in for a transfer.
