Hi there, does anyone have any experience with Atria Immobilier? I am looking at a unit at 3130 Edouard Montpetit and noticed it was owned by them, so I just wanted to get a sense of their buildings - if they were clean, the management is responsive, etc. Thank you!
Hey there, a bit desperate at this point. I am starting school this summer at Concordia (Loyola), so I am looking for a studio or 3 1/2 somewhere that's easily commutable (NDG, CDN, Westmount, Saint-Henri, Little Burgundy, etc). I would like something in early or mid-June. My budget is up to $1300 with everything included. I'm looking for something clean and well-maintained.
