I was called a pathetic rude mom at a restaurant not in Santa Cruz and here is why.

I took my kids to Cambria for a relaxing weekend. It was great. We went and saw elephants seal and then decided to go eat at moonstone bar and grill. We sat outside in their big patio. When my kids finished eating the got off their share and started running after a bird. My kids are 2 and 4. An older white couple got so upset that my kids were running after the bird and came to me to tell me that I don’t know any better and I’m a rude pathetic mother. How would you respond? Do you let your kids run in a restaurant patio or do you not go to restaurants all together?
