Mysteries without violence against women

I’m just about finished with the Anthony Horowitz series about Hawthorne & Horowitz and I’ve already read his Magpie Murders series. I’d love to find another series like this that isn’t explicitly violent and doesn’t have the brutal rape/murder of a woman as the main subject, but also isn’t a Hallmark-type cutesy mystery. Give me your chicken recipes please

Chicken is one of my “safe” foods. I’m not fully in a flare right now, but I’m right on the edge. I’ve been eating chicken breast with some seasonings and a little Parmesan for what feels like years. Whenever I look for recipes online they are filled with stuff that would wreck me. So, what are your “tastes good but has minimal potentially harmful other ingredients” recipes? I made Mississippi chicken and that worked out ok for me!
