I see lots of people saying where they are in residence in September. Would they let you know if you did not get into residence (not straight out of high school)? Or do they only let you know if you have?

Transferring from out of province with half of first year done at a BC university. Applied for res a few months ago, does anyone know when the not-straight-from-highschool but first year at Dal people might find out if they even got in to residence?
