
First 5K!
Back running 2-3 times a week since end of March and ran my first 5K!
Just got Strava but love using simultaneously w Coach Bennet’s guided runs. Endurance is my strong suit and try to keep the same distance over a two week span before I try to stretch it. I’m consistent at a 12ish min/mi. Distance has mattered more to me than speed. Definitely learning so much about mental state.
Have struggled a lot with running/exercising at different stages of my cycle. Rotted for most of the day, but felt like a late night run and on a whim decided to literally “go the extra mile”. Feeling delighted.
