Hello everyone so I’m posting here in hopes of getting advice from someone who’s been in the same boat as me. I have a high follicular count in both my ovaries 60+ each. My fertility doctor said they’ll put me on low dose of 75IU so as to not cause OHSS. Today was cycle day 9 and I had an ultrasound and there was no dominant follicle. Was told to continue using 75IU for another three days and will get a rescan.

Does anyone else have the same issue and what worked for them? Is there hope for me?
