The game doesn't allow us to purchase tickets...

Unless the the compulsory 2 ads don't show up, you cannot puchase the tickets at all, forcing us to go through the ads, which is not the issue, but the ads are not loading at all, even if they do, it's the calisthenics ad which doesn't end, nor will it let us collect the award at the end.
