I picked up a 41 mag blackhawk from my lgs recently and I came across something strange. So I'm hoping someone on here can help me out. I took it apart when I got home and noticed it has what looks like a cut for moonclips which doesn't make since for a SAO. Does anyone have a 41 that looks similar or does someone have some info on 41 mag as to why it would be cut like this? Any help would be appreciated from what I can tell its a 1974 production going off the serial number.
