It's a dreamy montage where karen enters into a new york indian restaurant (which she often used to go there with matt in older daredevil shows). They both enter, we see them talking and laughing. but behind karen page there was picture of lakshmi devi (i guess) and pictures of krishna on the left.

and there was a image of kaaliamman on back of matt murdock. Oru hidden representation nu nenaikuren. krishna image represents her as radha, like matt and karen. lakshmi picture again represents her.

And the kaaliaamman image represents this matt murdock's hidden identity (daredevil). i believe it refers to matt's dark identity.

p.s. i was happy to see our hindu culture references in shows like Daredevil.
